Researchers must provide accurate study information and honor participation and compensation commitments. Participants must provide truthful responses and respect study guidelines. Reacruit may moderate or remove content that violates standards.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services, including trademarks, content, and software, are owned by or licensed to Reacruit. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant Reacruit a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the Services.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reacruit disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Reacruit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
